what are vibration tests?

Vibration tests are used for qualitative assessment of the strength of components or for endurance testing to identify structural weaknesses in components through time-lapse analysis, e.g., using RSTD (Resonance Search, Track, and Dwell). They are primarily used on components that are typically transported or operated in vibrating environments. The excitation—which can be sinusoidal, with a stochastic noise profile, shock, or a combination of sine and noise—can also be performed in conjunction with temperature profiles (-50°C to 180°C).

Sufficiently sized temperature chambers are available for test specimens up to 2 m in length.

Our services as an accredited testing laboratory include:

- Execution of time-critical projects

- Fast flexible, and straightforward execution of special tests

- Conducting and evaluating the entire test in accordance with the test specifications

- Constant contact with the responsible parties

- If required, the test specimen can be recorded on video during the test

- Provision of a test report containing a summary of all measurement data and photographic documentation of the damaged test specimens

- Confidential handling of all data is guaranteed (site certified according to TISAX and DIN EN ISO 9001)

Viele der Schwingprüfungen und Vibrationstests sind DAkkS-akkreditiert (DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025). Eine Übersicht finden Sie hier:
